I am computer technician in Jacksonville, Alabama. I provide a affordable repair service for Macintosh & PC computers, cell phones, cb radios, game consoles and other small electronics. We also install software, upgrade hardware, setup wifi/wireless networks, and build new computers.

Prices

MY Rates? I charge by the hour for all service calls away from my shop. For example, a virus scan can take 30 minutes to 1 hour, but it does not require my attention. While updating drivers may take 15 minutes, but this task will require all my attention.

My base price is $60 an hour for the 1st hour, and $25 an hour for any additional hours after that for all service calls done at your location. If I am not able to resolve the problem at your location, I will remove it from you location and take to it my shop for further testing.

Computer services vary greatly from one task to the next, so all service calls are billed by the hour and all charges in my shop are flat fees. Please call me with any questions.
